Cooking Performance Enhancers (CPE
Our CPE products are used to enhance cooking liquor penetration throughout the chips and improve the diffusion process, facilitating uniform cooking. Enzyme Products
We offer a range of enzyme products that are designed to achieve specific objectives in the pulp-making process. Our enzyme products are used to achieve specific needs, ranging from DCM extractives reduction in pulp to improving bleachability/ brightness and lowering bleaching chemical requirement, reducing refining energy for high yield pulping such as APMP and BCTMP grades. Our range of enzyme products includes xylanase-based enzymes for unbleached pulp treatment to facilitate bleach boosting, cellulase-based enzymes for removal of residual chromophoric materials, and other enzyme products used for the reduction of refining energy in APMP and TMP grade pulping, as well as for the paper-making process.
Green and White Liquor Clarifying Aids
Our green and white liquor clarifying aids are high molecular weight, anionic powder polymers used to improve the clarity of green and white liquor, keeping the TSS below 50ppm in green liquor and below 20ppm in white liquor. Our green and white liquor clarifying aids are effective settling aids used to minimize the level of suspended solids in green liquor and for the clarification of white liquor suspended solids. The use of green and white liquor clarifying aids provides a range of benefits, including improved settling rate of dregs and other suspended solids in the green liquor clarifiers, improved clarity of green liquor, improved filtration of dregs and washing efficiency in the dreg washer, increased causticizing efficiency in white liquor via the removal of heavy metals along with the dregs in the dregs washer, reduced NPE carry over in the liquor cycle, and reduced level of dirt and colour reversion caused by carbon and iron particles in the bleached pulp.
Pitch Control Agents
Our pitch control agents are designed to prevent pitch deposits (on their own or lumped with other inorganics) that can appear anywhere in the paper-making process. Pitch deposits and dirt can result in lower productivity and are major causes leading to costly production downtime.
